À l'occasion de la Journée mondiale du théâtre pour l’enfance et la jeunesse, l'ASSITEJ Luxembourg se joint à cette célébration internationale pour promouvoir l'accès des plus jeunes aux arts de la scène. Sous le slogan "Emmenez un enfant au théâtre aujourd'hui", cette initiative mobilise artistes, enseignant·e·s, institutions et compagnies de théâtre pour défendre le droit des enfants à découvrir les performances artistiques.
Du 15 au 25 mars 2025, l'ASSITEJ Luxembourg met en lumière la programmation de tou·te·s ses membres, visant à rendre les arts accessibles à tou·te·s. Dans ce cadre, nous avons également lancé le projet KROP DER EN ATELIER, qui propose des ateliers animés par des artiste·s de divers domaines directement dans les écoles fondamentales et secondaires du Luxembourg. Le 3 mars, un appel a été lancé aux enseignant·e·s pour s’inscrire au tirage au sort et tenter de gagner l’un des ateliers gratuits pour leur classe, avec une date limite d'inscription fixée au 20 mars.
À l'issue de la troisième édition en 2024, l'ASSITEJ a établi un partenariat avec le SCRIPT et l’Œuvre Nationale afin de doubler l'offre pour l'édition 2025. L'an dernier, 19 classes ont bénéficié de cette expérience sur 69 demandes. Nous sommes donc ravi·e·s d'annoncer le lancement de la quatrième édition, offrant 40 ateliers réalisés par 7 artiste·s du 5 au 16 mai 2025.
L'engouement pour cette initiative est remarquable, avec plus de 700 classes inscrites à quelques heures de la clôture de l'appel, une preuve éclatante de la volonté des enseignant·e·s d'introduire les arts de la scène dans leur pédagogie. Cet intérêt dépasse nos attentes et renforce notre conviction que les arts de la scène doivent avoir leur place dans l'enseignement, sans limite d'âge.
L'ASSITEJ Luxembourg s'affirme comme un acteur incontournable du théâtre pour la jeunesse, valorisant les arts de la scène destinés aux jeunes publics. Nous œuvrons pour intégrer les arts dans le parcours éducatif des jeunes, stimulant leur créativité et leur esprit critique.
En tant qu'association de sensibilisation et de plaidoyer, nous faisons entendre la voix des artiste·s et des enseignant·e·s. Nous plaidons pour un meilleur accès aux arts pour tou·te·s les jeunes, incitant les décideurs et décideuses à reconnaître l'importance des arts de la scène dans leur développement culturel, social et émotionnel.

To mark World Theatre Day for Children and Young People, ASSITEJ Luxembourg is joining this international celebration to promote access to the performing arts for the very young. Under the slogan “Take a child to the theater today”, this initiative mobilizes artists, teachers, institutions and theater companies to defend children's right to discover artistic performances.
From March 15 to 25, 2025, ASSITEJ Luxembourg is highlighting the programming of all its members, aiming to make the arts accessible to all. In this context, we have also launched the KROP DER EN ATELIER project, which offers workshops led by artists from various fields directly in Luxembourg's primary and secondary schools. On March 3, a call went out to teachers to enter the draw for a chance to win one of the free workshops for their class, with an entry deadline of March 20.
Following the third edition in 2024, ASSITEJ partnered with SCRIPT and Œuvre Nationale to double the offer for the 2025 edition. Last year, 19 classes benefited from this experience out of 69 requests. We are therefore delighted to announce the launch of the fourth edition, offering 40 workshops by 7 artists from May 5 to 16, 2025.
The response to this initiative has been remarkable, with over 700 classes registering just a few hours before the closing date of the call, a clear demonstration of teachers' willingness to introduce the performing arts into their teaching methods. This interest exceeds our expectations and reinforces our conviction that the performing arts must have their place in education, without age limits.
ASSITEJ Luxembourg has established itself as a key player in youth theater, promoting the performing arts for young audiences. We work to integrate the arts into young people's educational pathways, stimulating their creativity and critical thinking.
As an awareness-raising and advocacy association, we make the voices of artists and teachers heard. We advocate greater access to the arts for all young people, encouraging decision-makers to recognize the importance of the performing arts in their cultural, social and emotional development.
